I forgot my password. What should I do?

Users must be logged into their My T-Mobile account as a Primary Account Holder to register for or sign into FamilyWhere. If you are unable to log into your My T-Mobile account, go to my.t-mobile.com/Login/MyTMobileLogin.aspx and and click on Forgot your password?.  You will then be guided through the process of resetting their password.
